On September 06, 2026, the Adhyayan Writing Community hosted its 44st Session 'Nagma', under the umbrella theme “Symphony of Sounds” was organized as a musical get-together centered on singing of old retro songs. This session took place at Kursi Co-Working Space, Raipur.

Primary Objectives of the Event: WHAT: The event named “Nagma” under the umbrella theme “Symphony of Sounds” was organized as a musical get-together centered on singing of old retro songs. The session provided a platform for unwinding through the power of music and collective singing of familiar tunes. It helped in reconnecting with the music of yesteryears and explore the power of music to keep memories of the past alive.

WHY: Singing old songs brings back memories of that era, the place, and the people who listened to them. It can make you remember things that had happened and what life was like back then. The objective was to get people to join, sing, and spread the feeling of the song to all those willing to do so. They did that by getting people to share their personal memories and have everyone connect on something from the past.

The session was intended to provide the audience with an opportunity to enjoy singing retro songs that have been lingering in human memories for ages. The event invited every participant to join the singing of the retro tunes as part of a jamming session. With this idea, the community wanted to create the feeling of togetherness and nostalgia through music as a means of connecting people with the simple and universal pleasure of singing.
